We are seeking an organised and customer-focusedOperations Coordinator / Operations Support Officerto join our team based inMurarrie, Brisbane.
In this fast-paced role, you will be a key link between customers, drivers, and operational teams, helping to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the day‐time running of our operation.
From managing customer enquiries and coordinating service requirements to supporting drivers and resolving issues, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support.
Key responsibilities include
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Responding to customer and end‐customer enquiries in a timely manner
Liaising with drivers and operational teams to support service delivery
Assisting with job scheduling and operational coordination
Monitoring deliveries and collections to ensure service commitments are met
Communicating service updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers
Supporting pricing, invoicing, and payment‐related enquiries
Assisting drivers with operational queries and day‐to‐day support
Contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
