About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSupport Coordinatorto join our team in the Campbelltown region.

You'll work closely with participants and their families to navigate the NDIS and access the supports that will help them thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Work with participants and their families to identify supports that align with their NDIS plan goals and personal aspirations.
Coordinate supports and liaises with service providers, government agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide information and guidance regarding disability services, eligibility requirements, and access pathways.
Build strong,
respectful relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
Monitor service delivery and support participants to maximise the effective use of their NDIS funding
Support the growth of Incepta's client base through positive engagement and outcomes
About You
You'll bring strong NDIS experience, a passion for participant outcomes, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse communities.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the NDIS space (e.g., Support Coordinator, Intake Officer, or similar)
In-depth understanding of the NDIS and experience working within its systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A participant-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
A proactive team player with a commitment to achieving business goals
