About the Role
As one of our Oral Health Therapists, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own patient base while working closely alongside our experienced dentists and clinical team.
Your role will include:
Performing comprehensive oral examinations, preventive care, periodontal treatment and other procedures within your scope of practice.
Assisting our dentists with orthodontic procedures, including placing attachments, debands and other aligner-related treatment.
Providing gentle, positive dental care for children and helping create great early dental experiences.
Educating and motivating patients to improve and maintain lifelong oral health.
Building genuine,
long-term relationships with patients and becoming a trusted part of their healthcare journey.
Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every appointment.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and upholding the highest standards of infection control.
Working collaboratively within our supportive multidisciplinary clinical team.

You should have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist (we can help you with this process)
Previous clinical experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, positive and patient-focused approach
Ad proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to our team culture
High clinical standards and attention to detail
