About the role
NCJ Adamson Earthmoving Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedAll Round Machinery Operatorto join our dynamic team in Margaret River, WA.
This is afull-time positionbased on-site at our Margaret River location.
As an All Round Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating a diverse range of heavy plant and machinery across various construction and earthmoving projects.
This role is crucial to the success of our operations, ensuring that all equipment is operated safely, efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
Operate a wide range of heavy plant and machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders and other earthmoving equipment
Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on all plant and equipment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Adhere to all site-specific requirements, environmental regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors, site managers and other team members to coordinate project activities
Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, fuel consumption and maintenance requirements
Report any equipment defects, safety concerns or incidents promptly to management
Operate machinery with precision to meet project specifications and timelines
Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required
What we're looking for
Current and valid operator licences for the relevant heavy plant and machinery (such as excavators, dozers, graders and loaders)
Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy earthmoving equipment in construction or similar industries
Current High Risk Work (HRW)



Ticket or willingness to obtain one
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to plant operations and construction sites
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and respond to instruction
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliability and punctuality
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting knowledge
Experience working on civil construction, earthmoving or quarry projects is highly desirable
