We're looking for a passionateCustomer Support Specialist - Constructionto join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who's passionate about people, communication, and creating a smooth client experience to join our Customer Service team as aCustomer Support Specialist - Construction.
This role is dedicated to proactive and consistent client communication throughout the construction journey.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients from site commencement through to the completion of handover items, ensuring our clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
Working in close collaboration with our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering timely progress updates, managing client queries, and maintaining robust relationships that contribute to a smooth and positive build experience.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but will not limited to:
Be the go-to contact for clients during the construction phase of their home.




Ensuring the highest quality of customer service and quality control through our internal PropertyPro Communication Portal
Deliver clear, consistent, and professional progress updates
Proactively manage and respond to client queries, ensuring alignment with site status and timelines
Develop and maintain strong connections between our Onsite Construction Team and Clients
Responding to any issues that may be raised by assisting in identifying the problem and providing appropriate and timely resolutions

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Minimum 2 years proven experience in a client-facing role—preferably within residential construction, property, or another customer-centric industry.
Strong and confident communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships and timelines.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
