The Prospect
We are seeking a Field Technician to join our Mining Operations team in a WA-based FIFO role on an 8/6 roster.
This is a hands-on role deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced hardware systems across remote mine sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, calibrate, and commission advanced hardware systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and fault repairs
- Act as the conduit between customers and RaptorTech's support teams




- Provide professional on-site training and technical support
- Work autonomously while collaborating with remote teams
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Background in auto electrical, electrical, telecommunications, or instrumentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and organised
- Comfortable working independently in FIFO environments
