The Role
As a Clinical Specialist – Electrophysiology, you'll play a vital role in supporting clinicians throughout EP procedures while providing clinical and technical support across your territory.
Working closely with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams, you'll become a trusted clinical partner to your customers, helping to drive positive patient outcomes.
Provide in‐lab clinical support during Electrophysiology procedures.
Deliver product education, in‐servicing and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge across the Electrophysiology product portfolio and relevant clinical procedures.
Build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff.




Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer needs and identify opportunities.
Support workshops, education programmes and industry events.
Represent the organisation professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical expertise.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced clinical environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
You will ideally have:
Clinical experience within Electrophysiology, Cardiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, or a related healthcare environment.
Experience working within an Electrophysiology laboratory, supporting Electrophysiology procedures, and/or exposure to cardiac mapping systems will be highly regarded.
Experience as an Electrophysiology Technician, Cardiac Physiologist, Cardiac Scientist, Cardiac Technician, Clinical Specialist, or similar clinical professional.
The ability to interpret and communicate clinical information confidently to healthcare professionals.
Solid communication and relationship‐building skills.
The ability to learn complex technologies and confidently educate clinical customers.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a high‐performing team.
A positive, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for patient care and continuous learning.
