HRM Contracting and consulting – Sunshine Coast QLD
Are you a hands-on Project Manager who has come "from the tools" and knows how to turn a set of drawings into a project delivered on time, on budget, and to spec?
This is a rare chance to take ownership of complex architectural metalwork packages for a business known for its execution and reliability in the commercial construction space.
Our client is a well-established, end-to-end architectural metalwork solutions provider, delivering high-quality fabrication and finishing services to the construction industry.
With a solid reputation for execution and reliability, they partner with builders and developers to deliver complex metalwork packages across commercial construction projects.
The Role:
This is a critical delivery role, owning projects from award through to completion — coordinating internal production, managing client relationships, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
You'll need a strong understanding of construction and manufacturing processes, and the confidence to interpret drawings, manage budgets, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plans
Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate project execution
Liaise with clients, builders, site supervisors, and internal production teams
Coordinate procurement, fabrication, finishing, and installation activities
Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines, and forecast metrics
Identify risks, delays, or cost impacts and take corrective action early
Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation,
and forecasting
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes
