About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will manage project performance, coordinate stakeholders, oversee procurement and programme delivery, and drive strong commercial and operational outcomes across technically complex and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC/mechanical services projects
Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget
Lead project meetings and provide regular operational and financial updates
Support and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing project team environment
About You
You are a motivated and solutions-focused Project Manager with proven experience delivering HVAC, mechanical services, or commercial construction projects.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Project Management role within HVAC, mechanical services, construction, or a related industry
Ability to lead and coordinate project teams in a cooperative manner
Have tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or trade background with relevant associated industry experience.
Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and programme management
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
