We're seeking
2 experienced Organisational Change Managers
to support major ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a
Federal Government
environment.
Key requirements:
Proven experience leading end-to-end organisational change for ICT/digital transformation programs
Solid skills in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness planning
Experience applying structured OCM methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive successful business adoption
Government or large enterprise experience highly regarded
Location:
Canberra, ACT (5 days onsite – remote candidates cannot be considered)
