ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide social and emotional support and health education to women and their families from pregnancy through to three years after birth.
You will build culturally secure relationships, deliver education, and facilitate referrals while working with a multidisciplinary team to support mothers, babies and the wider family, including 715 Health Checks.
