An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing Victorian team. This role is suited to a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and delivering outstanding service.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing existing accounts while actively developing new business across Victoria.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Full time (40 hours per week)
Reasonable availability outside business hours when required
Occasional interstate travel and after-hours industry events
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and site visits.
Follow up sales opportunities generated by internal teams.
Promote products and provide technical advice on product suitability and installation.
Prepare quotations and take-offs from plans.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.




Maintain accurate customer records and perform general sales administration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in an external sales or similar role.
Possess a genuine drive and determination to achieve sales.
A proven ability to overcome objections and turn rejection into opportunity.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Professional and confident demeanour.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience within the construction, building products or manufacturing industry
SAP experience (preferred).
