Key Responsibilities
This is a part-time role 3 days a week, you will need to be available to ideally work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Create and schedule engaging content across our social media channels, and design posters and local marketing collateral within brand guidelines.
Keep our website content fresh, accurate and up to date. Manage day-to-day administration, client and internal correspondence, and respond to phone and email enquiries. Process deposits and payment schedules for event and special bookings in line with procedure.
Conduct site inspections with clients and suppliers, attend events on and offsite,



and complete post-event follow-up. Stay across market trends and competitor offers to keep our marketing sharp and relevant.
What
You'll BringExperience in marketing or coordination role, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced workplace. Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging social media and marketing content. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
A genuine customer-first mindset and the ability to build great relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams. Comfortable using design and content tools to produce on-brand collateral for print and digital channels. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed to get an event over the line.
