As the first point of contact for donors and supporters, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive supporter experience while providing essential administrative support to the fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound phone and email enquiries from donors and supporters
Conducting outbound follow-up communications
Making welcome calls to new supporters and donors
Processing donations and receipting
Preparing and sending thank you letters, welcome packs and supporter communications
Maintaining accurate supporter records and database updates
Supporting day-to-day administration within the fundraising team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, supporter care, fundraising administration or a similar role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
A warm, qualified and empathetic approach when dealing with supporters
Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM databases, withRaiser's Edge experience highly desirable
