Executive Director, Prevention & Communication
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Prevention and Communication. This senior executive role is pivotal in leading the division responsible for strategic intelligence, prevention policy, research, communication, and stakeholder engagement to identify and mitigate corruption risks. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping system-wide integrity outcomes, building team capability, and delivering education and guidance to the public sector, police, and community.
The role demands a values-led, action-oriented individual with a strategic understanding of policy, regulatory, and legislative processes, and a proven track record in senior management, preferably in the public or relevant private sector.



Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include providing leadership to a team that drives system-wide improvements, collaborating with the executive team to ensure the effective fulfillment of the organization's functions, and contributing to the building of public trust and confidence in the integrity system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional judgment, insight, and relationship-building skills, and will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioners.
