ECO Environmental is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator who can capably manage our busy warehouse operations and provide service support to our experienced technical team. This full time position is located at our Brisbane warehouse in Pinkenba and is available for an immediate start.
Candidates must have valid Australian work rights for this position.

The Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Managing the dispatch and receipt of ECO's fleet of rental equipment
Ensuring that all rental equipment being dispatched is complete and in full working order
Assisting with the cleaning and calibration of returned equipment and ensuring all equipment is in complete working order as per ECO's precise procedural standards
Managing the receipt of inwards stock and dispatch of stock to customers
Management of weekly stocktake to determine stock requirements
Managing the paperwork flow in accordance with our processes and procedures
Scheduling the service and maintenance of ECO's rental equipment as well as external party equipment servicing




Learn ECO's service and repair procedures to assist our Technical team
Liaising with ECO's interstate team members as well as the Perth management team.
The skills and competencies required to thrive in this role include:
Ability to work under pressure to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
A commitment to excellent service standards for your internal and external clients through ensuring all agreed timelines are met
Minimum of 1 years work experience
Equipment rental experience is preferred to support our specialised warehouse operations
Valuable written and verbal interpersonal skills and high level attention to detail
Computer literacy at a minimum intermediate level
A positive, energetic attitude toward all aspects of your work responsibilities
Demonstrated common sense and ability to adapt to a variety of commitments during peak periods.
