This is a full-time, permanent position based in our client's Melbourne office. We're seeking a collaborative, proactive individual with a passion for drafting to join the team.
Structural Drafter Responsibilities
Adhere to company-standard drafting processes and systems




Respond flexibly to client-driven changes in project deliverables
Work closely with engineers and drafting colleagues
Communicate with domestic and international teams as needed
Report to the Senior Drafting Manager
Structural Drafter Skills & Experience
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Eagerness to grow and develop professionally
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
3 years prior experience in structural drafting is highly desirable
