About You
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
Promote and advocate good health and treat every child's health as a top priority




Qualifications required
Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Childrenu****s services
First Aid and CPR certification
Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Employee Working with Children Check
About the centre
YMCA Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre is a 115 place Long Day Care service, which also offers sessional kindergarten. We are committed to building robust relationships with our families, and understanding and supporting the complex needs of both the children and families attending our service.
