Join Our Team as a Catering Assistant!
We're looking for enthusiastic Catering Assistants to become part of the vibrant kitchen team at our client's canteen facility in
Dubbo, NSW
. If you're passionate about great food and love making a difference in the daily lives of older Australians, this is the role for you!
This roster is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, stability, and a well‐structured work pattern.
Choose your shifts:
A mix of
morning (6.00am - 2.00pm)
and
afternoon (4.00pm - 8.00pm)
shifts across Monday to Sunday
Flexible roster:
Enjoy flexible weekly hours, plus
weekend and Public Holiday loadings
Skills and experience
Previous experience of food preparation essential
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multi-task and perform work within deadlines
Must have own reliable transport
Cleaning of serveries and room set up




Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents
Washing dishes in the main kitchen and plating of meals
Preparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchen
Function set up and clear down
Assist the Chef and Chef Manager as required in day-to-day tasks
