CTA Create Train Achieve is on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated
High Risk Work Trainer
to join our Hallam team on a casual basis. If you hold the tickets, have the industry background, and love delivering training that genuinely keeps people safe, this role was built for you.
About the Role
Safety is not just a checkbox, it is a culture. In this role you will be delivering high-impact, compliance-driven training across Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces to learners across a range of industries. Your real-world experience will be the difference between training that ticks a box and training that saves a life.

What You Will Be Delivering
Forklift and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licensing training and assessment
Working at Heights and Confined Spaces training
High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) assessments in line with regulatory requirements
Practical, scenario-based learning grounded in current industry standards
Accurate training records and compliance documentation
What You Bring
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential,



applications without this qualification will not be considered)
Must be WorkSafe Approved (essential, applications without this approval will not be considered)
Current and relevant High Risk Work Licences, Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and/or Confined Spaces
Solid industry background in one or more of the relevant high risk work categories
Robust communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
A safety-first mindset and thorough understanding of workplace compliance requirements
