About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will work in partnership with a Lead Agent to deliver exceptional service while developing your own sales expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting for new business and identifying appraisal opportunities
Assisting with open homes, private inspections and auctions
Building genuine, long‐term relationships with buyers and vendors
Supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement
Learning proven sales strategies, negotiation techniques and systems through practical experience
Developing the skills and confidence required to progress into a Lead Agent position

We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable and eager to build a successful career in real estate. Ideally, you will possess:
A genuine passion for real estate and delivering exceptional client experiences
Outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills
A strong work ethic with the drive to achieve meaningful results
The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, performance‐focused environment
A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent)
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
