This role sits at the intersection of operational facilities management and approachable leadership.
You'll oversee a defined industrial precinct across Queensland, taking ownership of day-to-day performance while supporting and guiding a small, capable team.
It's a practical, well-supported role on a high-quality Charter Hall Industrial & Logistics portfolio, offering flexibility, autonomy and long-term career progression.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers across a large QLD industrial and logistics portfolio
Hands-on management of a select number of key assets within your precinct
Act as the primary portfolio contact for the client, providing operational leadership, insight and trusted advice
Drive performance across all aspects of facilities management including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture built on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
Play a key role in ESG delivery, safety leadership, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio
You'll be a great fit if you have:




Proven experience managing facilities operations across industrial and/or logistics portfolios
Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and operate in a senior stakeholder-facing role
A leadership style focused on coaching, development and team performance
Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance, risk management and lifecycle asset planning
Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget and service contract management
