This inbound role focuses on qualified service, accurate administration and timely AR outcomes, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday.
You will be the first point of contact for billing and payments, delivering responsive service and maintaining records while collaborating with internal teams.
Previous inbound service or healthcare exposure is a plus.
