We are seeking experienced Shotcrete Sprayers to join our underground mining team and support the safe and efficient development of one of Australia's most significant underground mining projects.
About the Role
As a Shotcrete Sprayer, you will be responsible for the safe and effective application of shotcrete to underground development headings, ensuring ground support requirements are achieved while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Apply shotcrete to development and production areas
Ensure compliance with engineering and ground support requirements
Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
Monitor shotcrete quality and application standards
Identify and report hazards, equipment defects and safety concerns
Work closely with Agi Operators, Development Crews and Supervisors
Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity and quality outcomes
About You
Previous underground mining experience as a Shotcrete Sprayer
Experience operating Normet or similar shotcrete spraying equipment
Strong understanding of underground ground support practices
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Relevant mining competencies, licences and tickets
Ability to pass site medical and employment requirements
