We're seeking a full-time Product Listing Coordinator to own the creation, optimisation and merchandising of our product listings across every sales channel - website, marketplaces and in-store systems.
It's a pivotal role that sits right at the intersection of our buying, marketing, tech and customer service teams.
What the role involves:Building accurate, complete, search-optimised listings in Neto and keeping the pipeline moving for new-season and priority stockWriting product copy, titles and metadata that rank organically and match how customers searchCurating collection pages, filters, navigation and on-site search so the right products are easy to findRunning catalogue audits to resolve missing attributes, broken imagery, duplicate content and out-of-date pricingMerchandising for seasonal campaigns, promotions, bundles and clearanceCoordinating in-house and offshore admin assistants,



including quality-checking their workWorking with suppliers to keep product assets and data flowing in on time What we're looking for:Product listing or catalogue management experience in a retail or ecommerce environmentFamiliarity with Neto (or a comparable platform) and a good grip on SEO fundamentalsStrong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with bulk CSV imports and large data setsExceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and excellent written communicationA collaborative approach and the confidence to work autonomously Experience with Searchspring, Unleashed, product feeds, GA4 or AI content tools is a bonus, as is a genuine love of the outdoors.
