The Role:
Support both Property Management & Business Development teams
Conduct inspections, manage rent increases, and prepare lease agreements
Schedule & attend open homes
Respond to enquiries and process tenant applications
Ensure properties are immaculate and ready for tenants
About You:
Previous Leasing Consultant experience is essential
Energetic, driven, and passionate about real estate
Thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communicator with solid people skills
