Expression of Interest - Maintenance Coordinator (Mech, E&I;)

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate mechanical and/or electrical & instrumentation maintenance activities across fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities and associated infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
Plan, schedule and oversee preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to terminal operations and asset availability.
Manage maintenance work orders, permits, contractor activities and resource allocation to ensure work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
Monitor the performance and reliability of critical assets including tanks, pumps, pipelines, loading equipment, switchgear, instrumentation and control systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support asset integrity, inspection and compliance programs by coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory, safety and operational requirements.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, reliability and project teams to prioritise maintenance activities, resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across terminal and infrastructure assets.

About you
Demonstrated experience coordinating mechanical and/or electrical & instrumentation maintenance activities within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or other industrial operational environments.
Trade qualification or equivalent industry experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines, with a strong understanding of maintenance and asset management principles.
Proven experience planning and coordinating preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities across critical operational assets.
Working knowledge of maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Pronto or similar CMMS platforms, including work order management and maintenance scheduling.
Strong understanding of safety, permit-to-work systems, contractor management and compliance requirements within high‐risk operational environments.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts, manage competing priorities and deliver maintenance outcomes in a rapid‐paced environment.
