Oncology / Infusion Nurse – Sydney Northern Suburbs

About the Role
You will deliverspecialist chemotherapy and infusion therapy in patients' homes, including:
Chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
Central line (PICC/port) and peripheral cannulation
Clinical assessment, monitoring, and escalation where required
Patient education and holistic support
Collaboration with pharmacists and consultants
About You
You are a confident and compassionate oncology nurse who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient connection.
You bring:
2+ years oncology / day oncology / infusion experience
Chemotherapy administration experience (essential)
Peripheral cannulation (essential)
Experience withCVADs (PICC/ports)
eviQ and/or ADAC competencies(or willingness to obtain with our support)
Strongclinical judgement and assessment skills
Excellentcommunication and patient-centred approach
Current AHPRA registration
Community nursing experience (nice to have, not essential)
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
