As our pipeline grows, we're looking for a motivated Graduate Project Co-ordinator to join our team and build a rewarding career in the structural steel industry.
This is an excited opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, develop practical project management skills, and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced industry professionals on complex structural steel projects.

The chance
Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll work closely with our project delivery team to develop your skills while supporting the successful delivery of structural steel projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of structural steel projects
Communicating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitoring project schedules and assisting with project planning activities
Coordinating material procurement and subcontractor requirements
Maintaining project documentation, reports, schedules, and compliance records
Assisting with reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Supporting site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Identifying opportunities to improve project processes and contribute to successful project outcomes

What you'll bring
A recent or upcoming qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
A genuine interest in construction, structural steel, and project delivery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exposure to project management software viewed favourably
A current Australian Driver Licence (or the ability to obtain one) is desirable
Previous industry experience is not essential.
We welcome graduates with internship, vacation program, or relevant university project experience.
