About the Role
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
This is a fast-paced role at the front line of patient care, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
Booking and coordinating appointments across multiple modalities
Managing phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Processing patient registrations and Medicare billing
Liaising with radiologists, technicians,



and referrers
Handling confidential patient information with accuracy and discretion
About You
Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (radiology experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience with patient management systems (e.g. RIS/PACS) is an advantage
Knowledge of Medicare billing is desirable
