Full Time (38hrs per week)Ongoing roleBased at our Morwell or Bairnsdale Campus'Job Reference No. **** About the roleThe Education Administrator – Emerging Industries & Trades plays a pivotal role in delivering extensive administrative support for the entire student journey, from pre-enrolment to successful course completion.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Department, Program Manager, educators, and other administrative staff, this role entails implementing efficient administrative procedures to aid both educational staff and students throughout their journey.
As the role interacts with a diverse range of departments across TAFE Gippsland, the Educational Administrator ensures a seamless and positive experience for the students.
Upholding compliance with legislative and organisational standards is a fundamental aspect of the role, ensuring consistent adherence to established guidelines.
About youYou are a proficient and committed professional with diverse administrative capability.
You will possess:Proven track record of effectively collaborating with team membersCapability to establish relationships and foster collaboration across business teamsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills enabling seamless engagement with both internal and external stakeholders across all levelsDemonstrated initiative and adept problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasksProficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office suite, databases and student related systems, coupled with outstanding data entry skills Qualifications and experienceSubstantial high level administrative experience (at least 3 years)
