Oliver's Boutique Products is seeking an enthusiastic and drivenSales Representativeto join our New Business Development team.
This is a full-time position based in our Brisbane office in QLD ****.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our boutique product portfolio.
This position is pivotal to our expansion strategy, as you will be instrumental in penetrating recent markets and establishing Oliver's Boutique Products as a preferred supplier within your territory.
Key responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory, utilising market research and lead generation strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand client needs and requirements
Present product offerings and develop compelling proposals tailored to prospective clients' business objectives
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure new client accounts
Negotiate contract terms and closing agreements to achieve sales targets and company objectives
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress and client interactions using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless client onboarding
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
What we're looking for
Proven track record in new business development or consultative sales, preferably within a similar boutique or specialist product environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse client bases




Strong negotiation abilities and demonstrated success in closing sales and exceeding targets
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools to track opportunities and maintain client records
Knowledge of the Australian market and familiarity with Brisbane business landscape is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively about market opportunities
