About the Role:
Lead, mentor and support the spray paint team to achieve daily production targets
Allocate work and monitor workflow to maximise efficiency and quality
Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to maintain exceptional workmanship
Paint cars to a high standard and in accordance with CARe processes
Work closely with the Production Manager and other departments to meet repair deadlines
Assist with vehicle preparation, colour mixing and polishing as required
Maintain spray booths, equipment and a clear workspace
Assist other painters and preppers as necessary
About You:
Qualified Spray Painter with extensive industry experience
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
Team-first attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional quality and customer outcomes
Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights
