Responsibilities
Build genuine relationships with clients and make them feel valued and cared for
Prepare client paperwork and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist advisers in delivering a seamless advice experience
Coordinate implementation and administration of financial advice recommendations
Liaise with product providers, platforms and professional partners
Help maintain high-quality client records and compliance standards
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
Contribute ideas and add value as we continue to grow and evolve
Requirements

Experience in financial planning, professional services, banking or client administration
Familiarity with Xplan or similar CRM software
An interest in financial advice and helping people make informed decisions
