About The Role We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial fitout projects from award through to handover.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to keep every project moving safely, on time, on budget, and to a standard we're proud to put our name on.
You'll be the one making the calls day to day: spotting risks early, keeping budgets and programmes under control, and making sure the right people are aligned before small issues become expensive ones.
It's a hands-on role that combines site delivery with commercial and client management, and it comes with real ownership - from the first site walk to a clean, professional handover.
What You'll Be Responsible For Leading the successful delivery of commercial fitout projects from pre-start through to handoverBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teamsManaging project budgets, forecasting,



variations and commercial performanceKeeping programmes moving by identifying risks early and finding practical solutionsWorking closely with Site Managers and Contracts Administrators to deliver quality outcomesEnsuring projects meet WHSEQ standards and compliance requirementsMaintaining clear communication so everyone knows where the project stands and what's coming nextDelivering projects that clients are proud of and teams enjoy being part of What Great Looks Like Projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of qualityClients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the projectRisks and issues are identified early, with practical solutions implemented before they affect deliveryCommercial performance is well managed through accurate forecasting, variation management and budget controlSite teams, subcontractors and consultants are aligned and working towards the same outcomeDocumentation, reporting and compliance are organised, accurate and currentHandover is smooth, professional and completed without unnecessary loose endsProjects consistently achieve strong commercial and operational outcomes Who Thrives In This Role You're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity.
