About the Role
You'll work closely with our finance brokers and referral partners to identify opportunities, provide tailored insurance advice and deliver exceptional service to clients across both consumer and commercial insurance.
As one of our early insurance hires, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape the future of the insurance division by contributing to processes, best practices and the development of the team as we continue to grow.




You'll be responsible for:
Building and managing your own portfolio of consumer and commercial insurance clients.
Generating new business through referrals, networking and business development.
Providing advice and placing insurance solutions.
Working closely with our mortgage and asset finance brokers to maximise cross-referral opportunities.
Delivering outstanding service from initial enquiry through to policy placement and ongoing support.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (minimum requirement).
Diploma of Insurance Broking is highly regarded.
Has experience with both consumer and commercial insurance lines
Enjoys business development and isn't afraid to pick up the phone or get out and meet clients.
Is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys building relationships.
Wants to contribute to a growing business where their ideas and input matter.
Experience training, mentoring or supporting junior brokers would be highly regarded.
