About the RoleOur client partner, a leading Tier 1 Mining Contractor, is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training across a major mining operation.
Working a 5/2 roster, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the HSEQT function.
You will lead two back-to-back Safety Superintendents and partner closely with site leadership to strengthen safety performance, compliance and workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the site's HSEQT strategy, systems and performanceProvide leadership to two back-to-back Safety SuperintendentsCoach and support operational leaders on safety performanceEnsure compliance with legislation, standards and site requirementsOversee incident investigations and corrective actionsMonitor trends, risks,
