About the Position: The Corporate Services Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in planning, directing, and coordinating the corporate, administrative, and operational functions of Exaudy Care Pty Ltd.
This position ensures the efficient, compliant, and sustainable delivery of NDIS-funded disability and community support services by providing strategic advice to the Directors on governance, financial management, workforce capability, risk, and business growth. Working closely with leadership, the role is critical to strengthening organisational systems, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality, participant-centred care. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the overall corporate and administrative operations of Exaudy Care Pty Ltd to ensure the efficient delivery of disability support, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Support Coordination, Behaviour Support and other community services. Provide strategic, operational and administrative advice to the Directors on business performance, organisational planning, workforce capability, compliance, financial management,
risk management and continuous improvement. Develop, implement and review organisational policies, procedures, systems and operational frameworks to ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, Work Health and Safety legislation, Privacy legislation and other applicable Commonwealth and Victorian regulatory requirements.
Oversee all corporate services functions, including administration, human resources, compliance, information management, procurement, facilities management, fleet coordination, rostering support, information technology systems and general business operations. Manage the organisation's administrative, financial, physical and human resources to maximise operational efficiency, service quality, regulatory compliance and sustainable organisational growth. Coordinate annual business planning and budgeting processes, monitor operational expenditure, analyse financial performance and prepare management reports, forecasts and recommendations to support informed strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain effective organisational governance systems, including document control, record management, quality assurance, internal audits, incident management oversight, risk registers, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities. Monitor organisational performance through service delivery data, compliance reporting, financial analysis, workforce metrics and participant outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, governance and business performance. Lead and manage the organisation's administrative and corporate support workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, training, succession planning and professional development.
Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning processes to ensure appropriate staffing levels,
skill mix and operational capability across disability services, administrative functions and corporate operations. Oversee organisational procurement activities, supplier and contractor management, asset management and facilities coordination to support efficient business operations and high-quality service delivery. Prepare, review and present business reports, operational analyses, policy documents, management submissions, funding reports and correspondence for Directors, government agencies, auditors, the NDIS Commission and other external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, government departments, funding bodies, community organisations, allied health providers, suppliers, contractors and other strategic partners. Represent Exaudy Care Pty Ltd in meetings, negotiations, industry forums, compliance reviews, quality audits, conferences and stakeholder consultations. Support the Directors in implementing business expansion initiatives, new service development, organisational restructuring, digital transformation projects and continuous improvement strategies.
Analyse complex organisational, operational, compliance and resource management issues and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve governance, financial performance, operational effectiveness, participant outcomes and organisational growth. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor degree or higher qualifications (at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification). At least 1 year of relevant experience is required. Demonstrated experience in corporate services leadership, including finance, HR, operations, procurement, and facilities management.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, lead teams, and represent the organisation professionally. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
