We're growing our events team and looking for an exceptionalWedding & Events Coordinatorto bring some of Sydney's most beautiful celebrations to life.
From the very first client consultation through to the big day, you'll be the heartbeat of every event, ensuring every detail is flawless and every guest leaves with a memory they'll treasure.
What you'll do
Liaise with clients to understand their event vision and translate it into detailed BEOs, floor plans and storage registers.
Assist with all styling needs and coordinate outsourced styling elements not available in-house.
Manage supplier relationships including bookings and bump in/bump out logistics.
Work closely with the Executive Chef on bespoke menus, dietary requirements and pre-event updates.
Ensure all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are met across every event.
Guide clients through the entire journey, stress-free and memorable, before a seamless handover to the operations team on the day.
Who you are




At least two years' experience in a similar role, wedding-focused experience is highly regarded.
Confident working autonomously across a busy multi-site venue environment.
Experience using Events software ( Event Flow, Event Temple highly regarded)
Solid attention to detail with a genuine drive to exceed guest expectations at every touchpoint.
Food & beverage knowledge and/or qualifications in Event Management are a real advantage.
Outstanding communicator, polished, warm and responsive in both written and verbal interactions.
