Coordinate incident reporting and injury management administration.
Support compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Manage first aid records, facilities and supplies.
Assist project teams with safety reporting, action tracking and compliance documentation.
Respond to safety-related enquiries from site personnel and stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
Previous experience in a construction, infrastructure or industrial setting.
Experience in a Safety Coordinator, Safety Administrator, HSEQ Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
