We are looking for driven Casual Optical Assistant to support our specialised practices on a 20 hour contract depending on availability.

About the Role
Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
Maintain a tidy practice workplace to ensure a positive overall patient experience
About you
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
Passion to help others
