OCTEC is seeking a Hub Pathways Manager in Wagga Wagga to build trusted partnerships with local organisations, schools, employers and services.
The role focuses on developing tailored supports and pathways to employment for OCTEC participants within Community Hubs across the region.
You will coordinate referrals, co-location spaces, and collaboration with youth, health, housing and education partners to create integrated services and opportunities for vulnerable youth.
