H-E Parts International Mining Solutions – Cooling Division seeks a Workshop Leading Hand in Mackay to supervise workshop staff and oversee repair, build and rebuild work for radiators and cooling solutions.
You will ensure safety, QA compliance and adherence to SOPs while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in a similar role, experience with Pronto, a High Risk Work License for Forklift and Dogging, and mechanical or radiator knowledge.
