We're on the hunt for a Chiropractic Assistant who can juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in patient, and an Facebook caption - all before their coffee gets cold.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Answering calls with the calm confidence of someone who's definitely not panicking internally
Keeping the front desk flowing smoothly, even when three things happen at once
Managing bookings, payments, and billing across multiple practitioners without breaking a sweat
Helping us look good online - content, engagement, and promotions across social media
Transcribing meetings and marketing notes (Google Docs, your new best friend)
Getting handy with Canva (experience here,



is preferred)
Keeping the practice clean, organised, and running like a well-oiled - but very friendly - machine
Genuinely enjoying the people you work with and for
What You'll Need
Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar healthcare/admin role
A genuine interest in (or background in) social media/marketing
The ability to multitask without getting cranky - or your smile
Excellent people skills and computer literacy (Apple products)
A team-player attitude and a soft spot for helping patients and practitioners alike
When We Need You
Monday 4:00 to 7pm or Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Possibly: Saturday mornings, 8:0am – 11:00am
