About the role
Full-time position,
Warmly greeting patients and managing a busy front desk
Booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
Managing phone enquiries and patient communications
Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS, private health)
Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Providing administrative support to the dental team as required
About you
Naturally outgoing, warm, and talkative - you're energized by people, not drained by them




Confident starting conversations and making patients feel instantly comfortable, especially anxious ones
Genuinely enjoys a busy, fast-paced front desk rather than finding it stressful
Positive, upbeat energy that's contagious to the rest of the team
Reliable, organised, and able to multitask between phones, bookings, and walk-ins
Confident with computer systems, including scheduling and billing/practice management software
Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

$33-$38/hr + super, depending on experience
