What you'll be doing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective vendors and buyers
Prospect consistently to identify new business and generate listing opportunities
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and local property owners
Conduct market appraisals and deliver compelling listing presentations
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to negotiation and settlement
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that maximise results for your clients
Negotiate confidently to achieve outstanding outcomes

Stay informed on local market trends, buyer behaviour and property activity
