What you'll be doing
Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.
Helping customers with orders, returns, exchanges and product questions.
Solving problems with empathy, positivity and a "we've got this" attitude.
Working closely with our Warehouse, Retail,



Marketing & Buying teams to create seamless customer experiences.
Keeping customer records up to date and spotting ways we can make things even better.
You're our person if you...
Have 1–2 years of customer service experience.
Love talking to people and communicating clearly (written and verbal).
Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.
Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
Enjoy working as part of a supportive team but are equally happy working independently.
Have experience using Microsoft Office. Bonus points if you've used Shopify, Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.
