We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate our building manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day production activities, support a team of employees and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for managing labour, coordinating materials and contractors, monitoring schedules, and driving continuous improvement across the production process. You'll also play a key role in supporting team development, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing activities with a robust safety focus
Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
Improve production efficiency through better processes and methods
Lead pre-start meetings and provide clear direction to the team
Coordinate materials, contractors, and services to meet project needs
Support and train team members, including apprentices
Monitor labour hours, overtime, and project budgets
Identify re-work issues and drive corrective actions
Ensure drawings, documentation, and instructions are up to date
Maintain strong WHSEQ standards

What You'll Bring
Experience in modular building construction
Strong understanding of building codes and standards
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for outcomes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic project management software
