About the Role
Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you'll take ownership of the recruitment function, delivering end to end recruitment across our national business. This is a true business partnering role where you'll work closely with operational leaders and people leaders to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent across a diverse range of positions. From trade qualified Bakers and Pastry Chefs through to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Corporate and Support Functions, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and building sustainable talent pipelines. This role combines hands on recruitment delivery with strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across the business to deliver high quality end to end recruitment
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines and networks
Coach and advise hiring managers on best practice,



market trends and hiring strategies.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Use recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and talent acquisition strategies
What you'll bring
Experience in end to end recruitment, ideally within an in-house manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or multi site workplace
Proven sourcing capability and experience developing talent pipelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
Proficiency with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting
Sound business acumen
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
Highly visible role partnering directly with operational and business leaders
