About the Role
Working closely with our Licensed Conveyancer, you'll assist in managing residential property transactions from instruction through to settlement and post-settlement.
You'll help ensure each matter progresses smoothly while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement and post-settlement
Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
Conduct title searches and property investigations
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
Coordinate settlements and manage critical deadlines
Ensure compliance with Victorian conveyancing legislation and requirements
Maintain accurate files
Deliver outstanding client service throughout every stage of the conveyancing process
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is keen to build a long-term career in conveyancing, whether you're starting out or have a minimum of to three years' experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant
Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Communicates confidently and provides exceptional client service
Can effectively manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
Takes a proactive, professional and positive approach to work
Has experience using PEXA, Duties Online and TriConvey (preferred but not essential)
Is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
